Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. This cancellation policy outlines how you can manage or cancel subscription-based purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries automatically. Most subscriptions renew every 30 days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Delivery frequency is set by us, but you may manage or skip upcoming orders through your customer portal at any time.
Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged automatically for each renewal unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can:

Email us at help@shopaccretion.com at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. We may collect full payment, partial deposit, or no payment at checkout, and charge the remaining balance once the product is ready to ship.
You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund. Once fulfilled, the order is subject to our standard returns policy.
